No. I’m not a doctor, naturopath, nutritionist, nurse or a medical professional at all.

So what I share is based on my own experience with gallstones.

One “advantage” I have over the doctors who may be treating your gallstone issues is that I’ve had gallstone issues myself. I KNOW what you’re going through. And it’s super rough. As a fellow mom, I understand the pains, fears & enormous inconveniences of this condition.

It applies to both. Although I mostly focus on people who have gallstones, I want to help you ease and diminish your gallbladder pain by helping you clean up your liver, which has over 2,000 functions that keep your body functioning properly. As painful as gallbladder attacks are, one of the blessings in disguise about having gallbladder issues is that the gallbladder is one of the few organs in the body with which you can do a 180 degree or a 360 degree health turnaround WITHOUT getting it removed. Based on the experience of many, you may not end up needing to have your gallbladder taken out after all. And you’ll be able to live your life, being more healthy and aware than you were before.

We are what we eat. And in order for our bodies to be wholesome, we need to eat wholesome foods.

It takes willpower to do any cleanse.

However, out of all the cleanses that I’ve done, I find this cleanse to be the easiest, most satisfying and the most delicious.

You won’t be hungry on this cleanse AT ALL.

Darling…  meeting someone who prefers a radish over ice cream would pretty much be a miracle. 

When given the choice, MOST of us don’t usually go for the fruits and veggies– although it would literally be the most natural thing to do. Maybe as babies we did go for fruits & veggies… that’s why we ate Gerber food purees and such… but after living with the non-healthy foods that we’ve grown up with, it really is a challenge to make veggies and fruits your go-to meal.

BUT incorporating more fruits and veggies into your diet is CERTAINLY doable.

The bottom line is you have to CHOOSE to VALUE the vitamins, minerals and benefits that fruits and vegetables give you over the one-second-long satisfaction that eating chips and dip does.

We would all want to eat anything without suffering its consequences… but everything we eat DOES affect us… that’s WHY we have to be conscientious of what we eat.

Once you learn more about this cleanse, you’ll come to appreciate fruits, veggies and herbs more than you ever had. You’ll see them for the benefits they bring you. They are literally the answer you’ve been seeking to help you heal.

And if the hardest thing you do is to eat more of them. And eat some of them more often to heal your gallbladder, I’ll tell you this, it’s MUCH easier than enduring another gallbladder attack, for sure! 🙂

But you decide whether you want to get hung up on just what you eat OR if you’re ready to take your healing seriously and focus on the additional things I teach you to heal– that are not food related.

I wrote this course precisely to help moms like you heal their gallbladder and liver. 

I want to share my tips for how to best do this cleanse while you’re a mom and because YOU ARE a mom. And most likely,  you have little mouths to feed. Unless you have a personal chef to cook for all of you. (I wish I did!). 🙂

Will you heal overnight? No, but you will feel better very soon because you’re dealing with healing the root cause where the health issue originates, which in this case, is the liver.

Your kids CAN do this do this cleanse. You can simply lower the amount of food listed in the cleanse, since kids usually eat less than adults. 

I think your kids will be more on board of eating the cleanse foods than maybe your partner will, but even they can join in on the tasting (and they’ll want to– because the dished look that appetizing).  

Toddlers are SO open to fruits and veggies that they’ll drink pure celery juice and still ask for more.

I also share with you some tips for how to make this process more practical for you even if your kids don’t eat all of your same meals during the cleanse.

This cleanse is also beneficial and safe for you AND your baby if you’re breastfeeding since it’ll help clean the milk and provide EVEN MORE optimal nutrition for your little one.

According to the cleanse creator, pregnant women can do cleanses because when you’re doing cleanses you’re adding the nutritional benefits of the fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods you’re eating.

The things you’re not eating, or eating less of, during this cleanse are not crucial to the development of your baby.

The fact that you can do this cleanse is great because a lot of women experience their 1st gallbladder attack either while pregnant or shortly after.

HOWEVER, like with all questions pertaining to the precious gift of being pregnant the best thing you can do is to consult your doctor. 

Of course, you can always consult your doctor just to confirm that they approve, given that they know your health situation better than almost anyone– except maybe you. 🙂

It’s a WONDERFUL idea, because you’re cleaning up your body and it ultimately results in you feeding your baby with more pure and healthy breastmilk.

As a matter of fact, I did all of my cleanses (more than 15  cleanses of a different kind) including the cleanse in this course while I breastfed. My milk supply was there throughout all of my cleanses without any issues.
